Business Analyst

Location: Huntsville, AL (On-site support for a government customer)

Clearance: Top Secret (TS) clearance required

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in government management supporting mission objectives and goals
• Experience in documentation related to government projects
• Cybersecurity experience desired (not required)

Responsibilities:

• Work on-site in Huntsville, AL, providing business analysis support to a government customer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to achieve mission objectives and goals.
• Provide expertise in government management processes and procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to government projects.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

• Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government management supporting mission objectives and goals.
• Proven experience in documentation related to government projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices (desired but not required).
• Familiarity with government project management methodologies.
• Certifications related to business analysis or government management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience in using tools for business analysis and documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Note: This position requires on-site support in Huntsville, AL. Candidates must have a Top Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in government management. Cybersecurity experience is desired but not required due to the nature of the project.
